Nice location right outside the haram gate. The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. The evening culture class was informative and enjoyable.

The hotel is super close to the holy place, just a short walk. Breakfast was really good, and the rooms had all the essentials like air conditioning, a fridge, and a comfy seating area. But the staff wasn’t friendly, especially at breakfast, and check-out took forever.

the hotel's proximity to haram is unbeatable - just a few steps to the gate entrance, and the staff - especially Ali - was super helpful. also, the place is spotless, and the breakfast spread is top-notch.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Haram area and a mall for convenient shopping and dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and complimentary coffee section. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The free WiFi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.
The average buffet breakfast. While the room service Arabic breakfast was delicious, it lacked fruits that are usually offered in other hotels.

My recent stay at Movenpick was very close to the Haram, making it extremely convenient for my family's pilgrimage. the staff was cordial and supportive, and the hotel provided a good room and bathroom, which was all we needed. the location was excellent, allowing for easy access to market and shopping centers. it was an excellent value for the price.

I chose Movenpick for its ideal location near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel's underground parking was a pleasant surprise. The range of international dishes in the 2 restaurants catered to my taste and provided a culinary experience to remember.
